1: Pehle blog dashboard open karke Setting option sei Other option par jaiye.

2: Phir Ohipe Backup Content option par click kariye.

3: Phir save to your computer option sei particular path select karke Content ka backup file download kariye.

Backup of Blog Theme:

1: Iske liye dashboard sei Theme option par jaiye.

2: Phir upar Mei diwi gayi right site corner Mei Backup/Restore option par click kare.

3: Phir Download theme option press karke current theme ka backup lijiye.
